Preamble

In compliance with the direction and guidelines issued by UGC, New Delhi an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) is a mandatory requirement for all institutions striving and offer Quality education.SDVS Sangh’s Annapoorna Institute of Management Research, Sankeshwar, Affiliated Rani Channamma University, Belagavihas been consistently and actively involved in quality sustenance and quality enhancement activities.It is a participative cell of the Institute that works on developing strategies to remove deficiencies and enhance quality, thus channelling the efforts of the Institute towards achieving holistic academic excellence.

Vision

IQAC aims to be instrumental in attaining a realistic quality culture in the institute by promoting innovation, encouraging inclusion, setting benchmarks, and sustaining holistic growth.

Mission

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell of the Institute strives to:

  • 1. Sustain and augment the quality measures in the institute since its inception.
  • 2. Arranging a periodic assessmentof academic growth
  • 3. Motivate the academic environment for the promotion of quality of teaching-learning and research
  • 4. Collaboration with other higher education stakeholders, and industries for quality education, evaluation, promotion, and sustenance
  • 5. Encourage self-analysis and accountability
  • 6. Promote qualityresearch studies and training programmes which can enhance students’ and faculties Knowledge and Skill
  • 7. Consistently &deliberatelyworking towards catalyticdevelopment and the overall excellence of the institution.
  • 8. Preparation for feedback from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality education-related institutional processes

Mission

  • 1. Documentation of all curricular/co-curricular/ extracurricular activities on & off the campus
  • 2. Creating an awareness of global educational strategies and updates
  • 3. Coordinate quality activities related to teaching-learning and distribute information on best practices amongst the faculty by providing opportunities for various programmes and activities such as seminars, workshops, symposia, conferences, panel discussions, etc.
  • 4. Inspection of the significance and quality of current academic programs and activities such as mentoring, Arushi (In-house Management fest), Aartham (Industry-Institute connect), Siddhatva and Arambha (National Level Fest) to initiate new programs
  • 5. Enabling a learner-centric environment favourable to quality education and faculty development to adopt contemporary knowledge and technology for the teaching and learning process
